Step:
1. Gmail Home Page
Open the GMAIL Click on the Gmail Option
Select New Group Option
Enter New Group Name Example Office The Click OK to Create it.
2. Select Group
Once create the Group. Open the Group,Add the contacts select the email Address to ADD

Once your mail is Received,the receiver open mail,click on Decrypt message with password option.
Enter a password, your recipient will require to insert the same Password
Click Decrypt
