Assassins Creed Unity is the first game from the franchise made exclusively for the next gen consoles.

As always the game delivers completely. The protagonist of the game is Arno Dorian. The game is majorly based on the French revolution and the whole storyline takes place in Paris. The graphics are yet again stunning. Paris looks absolutely beautiful.
The major let-down of the game is the multiplayer mode. Up to 4 players can join in but if any 1 member dies then the whole team is eliminated. Other cons include a bit weak story-line and whacky stealth mode. At times you may feel confused if you are away for the sights of the enemy or not. You will know how once you play the game.

The gameplay felt smoother than ever. New weapons were introduced such as the "Phantom blade". Ubisoft introduced 2 new moves namely "Parkour up" and "Parkour down" which makes scaling buildings a lot more easier and makes it look real smooth. The crowd in the game gives rise to a whole new set of activities that the player can do; like chasing a pickpocket and getting involved in fist fights with random citizens.
A huge positive of the game is the introduction of the new player upgrade. You can now upgrade the weapons, armor , unlock new skills and also learn new parkour moves as the game progresses. The "SandBox Assassination" missions take the game to a whole new level. The player can now plan the assassination in whichever way he wants; for example if he wanted to enter a palace and kill someone, he could either climb to the top or enter through a window or he could use the drainage way as well.
If this is the impact of Assassins Creed Franchise on next gen then we are surely up for some great games ahead.
