Learn how to enable an Auto- Response in gmail.This is for Vacation responder for if you going on vacation or Leave for Office, can automatically send your setup custom message for response to anyone who emails you to inform contacts that you are away.

Simply way of the setting up auto responder in gmail and easy to select your starting first day to end day for your vacation and after the end date of the vacation it will automatically disable the function.

Steps

1.Open Gmail Account

Go to Gmail Account

Click on the setting Icon in the top right side of the gmail home window.once click setting icon,in the dropdown menu select "Settings"

2.Setting up Auto Response


Click on the Vacation responder "ON" radio button.Select the vacation days you want the vacation responder to send automatically message into the fist day to last day.

Enter the Subject and Message that you want to be sent to anyone who emails you during the vacation time and if you wish folks in my contacts solely to send the only response, tick on "only send a response to people in my contact us "


Click the "Save changes"
