Step:
Open the Google Webmaster Tools home screen
Click on the website Example: www.techboz.blogspot.com

Click the Sitemap Button in the left side Bottom
Click the Add/Test Sitemap button in the top right,Enter the sitemap.xml
And Click the Submit Sitemap Button
Once you Submitted.It will show the Indexed is Pending check with after 10 mints indexed all your URL on this site
