One of the easiest ways to start a website for free and without any web host is by using Google Drive as your host and storage location for your website. Google Drive accommodates 15GB space for each individual user id, this space can be put to some use for your first website.
By this method you can make simple but effective websites. you can use it as your personal stater page, an online resume or even a test site to test your HTML codes.
Host Your Website on Google Drive
STEPS
Files have to be kept ready for the local drive on your pc. All files have to be in one folder likes,CSS,Images,html pages.see the below image
Go to Google Drive
Using Google drive sign into your Google Account. Once you have logged in, See the left side menu click New button and a menu will drop down.Choose the Folder Upload button .
Select the folder that you had kept ready.Click ok
STEP 2
The Folder you had add is here. See the below image, the folder has been updated to my drive
STEP 3
Right click the added folder,choose the second option Share.
STEP 5
Click the Advanced Option, bottom right side
You must change the Access options so Click "Change"
STEP 6
Choose the Link sharing option,Select the first option On-Public on the web. Click Save
STEP 7
Almost done,open the added website folder see the folder url on browser. Copy the Highlighted URL after #folders/
e.g: https://drive.google.com/drive/#folders/0B7SgsNKbSUvpdlRFODZvR2ZMMVk

Open the Another tap on browser.
Enter www.googledrive.com/host/Enter Copied code /index.html
e.g:
www.googledrive.com/host/0B7SgsNKbSUvpdlRFODZvR2ZMMVk/index.html
